Description
You can import detail data that relate to previously imported objects. They could be new sales figures for your locations for example.
To be able to work with detail data, you must first import them into a project.
During the import process, the detail data are verified and allocated.
Before importing, make sure that the following conditions are met:

The data tables have a field with unique entries, for example, with the customer, order or resource number.
You must select this as the index field during the import action to create a reference to the previously imported data.
User can import data from the following data formats:
- MS Access files (*.mdb, *.accdb)
- MS Excel files (*.xls, *.xlsx)
Text files (*.csv)
The detail data can be accessed by
Click on menu bar --> Click on <Data import> menu → Select <Detail Data>.
Import detail data as follows:-
1. Open detail data import wizard by 'Click on menu bar --> Click on <Data Import> menu → Select Detailed data'.
2. In project list, showing the project selected in the dashboard by default.
3. Select the type Area/Address in the type list
4. Import file.
Click on <Choose file> button to upload the required file.
or You can upload the File from the server. In the file from the server, listing all the uploaded files by the login user
5. Click Next button
6. In the Table name field, select the desired table.
7. Click on <Next> button.
8. Select the layer to which your data are preferred. Here listing all the layer under the selected project based on the type Address/Area.
9. Select the unique key of layer select in 'Select the layer to which your data are preferred' list.
10. Enter the field that is used for reference to the layer specified above.
11. Enter detail data table name.
12. If you want to Group the data, select a field with numeric content in the selection table on the left.
13. You can choose between the following options:
Sum total: The fields are added.
Average: The average of the fields is calculated.
Minimum: The smallest value in the fields is used.
Maximum: The largest value in the fields is used.
First entry: The first value found in the fields is used
14. Click on <Finish> button.
15. Detailed data is showing in the dashboard grid as a separate tab.
You can delete the detail data table in the Manage layer screen.
