Description
Manual territory planning lets you create new objects, reallocate objects, or revoke allocations on the selected layer.
The newly planned objects are referred to as planning objects.
For example, you can select multiple customers from the base layer and allocate them to a new sales representative.
Before you can plan objects manually, you may first need to select planning and/or base objects.
To do Plan manually proceeds as follows:-
1. User can access plan manually by
Click on menu button → Select plan manually under territory planning menu.
2. Select a layer in the Planning layer selection table, or create a new layer.
If no base layer has been defined for the selected layer, the Define hierarchy window appears; you can then define a base layer.
The planning layer must be a layer allocated to the base layer, Manage. In this case, the base layer is automatically entered.
If you need, enable the exclusive selectability option for planning layer/ base layer.
