Field Content

Description:

A user is able to choose to display statistical values for the numerical data fields of a data table.

On click on button, pop up is opened.

Steps for doing field content.

1. Open field content pop up.

2. Select the numerical field whose contents you want to calculate.

3. Field listing only numeric values

Set the desired calculation parameters and object selection.      

Calculation Parameter	Description
Total	adds the contents of the selected field
Average	calculates the average of the field contents
Number of	shows the number of data records
Minimum	shows the smallest field content
Maximum	shows the largest field content
First entry	Shows the first entry
Last entry	shows the last entry

4. Select whether to calculate the summary for all records, for the selected data records or for the non-selected data records.

The aggregate value is displayed in the field Results.
