Data Export

Description:

User can export data table in different format like excel, accdb, pdf etc.

User can choose fields to export in the data tables.

Steps for doing data Export

1.  Opens the export data dialogue, when click on export data.

2. In the Table area select the table which is needed to import

3. Select the export file type and fields

4. Select the coordinate format, if necessary.

Coordinate formats are

• Geodecimal (+/-GGG, NNNNNN; Eg:"10,736805555")
• Mercator (map & guide co-ordinate)
• GMS 1 (GGGMMSS; Eg: "0104412")
• GMS 2 (GGGMMSSS; Eg: "01044125")
• Gauss Kruger

If select any coordinate format an additional column will generate in exporting sheet to show the coordinate conversion.

     5. Confirm by pressing button.
